Important Information
All inclusive tour packages
Our holidays are offered as “all inclusive” priced tour packages so that you will not be paying for extras along the way which can add considerably to your initial tour costs. Full breakfasts, morning teas, lunches, entry to all attractions, dinners, motel accommodation and coach travel are always included in the “all inclusive” tour price. Any exceptions will be noted in the tour itinerary.
Confirmation of bookings
We ask that you pay the deposit as shown on the individual tour itineraries within 14 days of booking. As our holidays are quite popular and we do not want anyone to miss out, this deposit simply secures your spot. You are most welcome to make progress payments however we do ask that the final balance be paid one month prior to departure.
Cancellation of bookings
In the unfortunate circumstance that you may need to cancel your tour booking, we will fully refund all monies paid for cancellations with more than seven days notice. If you request a cancellation in the seven days prior to departure, we will refund all monies less a small administration charge.
Payment
Payments can be made by cheque, money order, cash or credit card.
Payments can also be made by bank transfer. These payments can be made through any bank account to Brian’s Bus Charters account at the National Australia Bank, BSB: 084-209, Account No. 688 294 413. Please put your name and holiday destination as the reference (e.g. Smith Canberra). Please call the office on (07) 3267 7784 to advise when you have made a bank transfer. Alternatively, you can email the remittance advice to us at brians.bus@bigpond.com.
Other Information
A full itinerary will be forwarded to passengers prior to departure. We will call everybody one week prior to confirm pick-up times.
Pick ups
All holidays exceeding 3 days will have a door to door pick up service. 1-2 night holidays will be given a designated pick up area for customers to meet the bus. If a customer attending a short or overnighter trip requires to be picked up from their home, an additional pick up fee will be charged. Our designated pick up areas are Toombul Shopping Centre, Chermside Shopping Centre, Roma Street Station and Garden City Shopping Centre.
